It is planned to spend the money on new minibuses to be introduced in time for the next academic year in September.
The school currently operates with two minibuses that transport the majority of pupils from the surrounding areas to and from the school.
It introduced this transport system in a bid to cut down on the amount of cars driving through Stoke Poges to get to the school.
The academy’s principal Rose Codling said: “With another 120 pupils expected to join the school in September 2014, we will need additional transport capacity and are very grateful to the committee of Sri Singh Sabha Gurdwara in Slough for their generous support.”
President of the gurdwara, Harbans Singh, said: “We are fully committed to support the Khalsa Secondary Academy in Stoke Poges.
“There are several hundreds of families that live in South Bucks for whom we are the local gurdwara and join us regularly for their approach of being good neighbours and supporting the environment.”

The school is at its current site in Hollybush Hill on a temporary basis, which ends at the end of this school year.
Last month, South Bucks District Council’s planning committee rejected an application for the school to stay at the site permanently, and cited noise issues and problems caused by traffic as reasons for the rejection.
However, an appeal from the school is set to be heard in July, and could mean that the school is allowed to remain in place.
Nick Kandola, chairman of the governors at the school, has said that he is “confident” that the appeal will be successful."
