Ranjit Singh anniversary observed

According to the Dawn "LAHORE, June 29: Sikh devotees observed the 174th death anniversary of Maharaja Ranjit Singh at Gurdwara Dera Sahib here on Saturday.

A large number of Sikh pilgrims from India and Pakistan performed their biggest religious rituals.

Sardar Gurinderpal Singh from India said they were thankful to the Pakistan government for facilitating and providing them proper security. He said during their stay they visited different Gurd-waras, including Janam Asthan and Panja Sahib."
